"Color was nothing like the photos"
When it showed up, the color looked totally different from what was shown online. I didn’t even bother reaching out to customer service because I’ve had enough experiences where they just give you the runaround. Disappointing overall...

"Did the sizing seem way off to anyone else?"

"I tried to return my order..."
I tried to return my order, the whole exchange process was just slow and confusing. I had to keep following up to get any kind of response, and even then I never got a clear solution. Like, give me a break — returning something shouldn’t be this much work. Frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t order again.

"The prices are okay, but I was expecting..."
The prices are okay, but I was expecting a little more for what I paid. The item looked nice and showed up just fine, but I’m not totally convinced the quality fully matches the cost. It’s not bad at all, just kinda meh for the price. I’d probably wait for a sale next time.

"Okay overall, but could be better"
I was mostly happy with my order from Kellective by Nikki. The pieces were cute and looked close to what I was expecting from the photos online, so no real complaints there.
Shipping did take longer than I thought it would, and the updates were slow, that part was weird and a little annoying. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not amazing, but I’d probably order again if I saw something I really liked.

"Was it just me, or were the replies really unclear?"
I’m not sure if I was missing something, but the replies I got were confusing and took way longer than I expected. I kept having to reread them and still didn’t feel like I had a clear answer.

"Nice stuff, but it’s often out of stock"
I really like the stuff on the site, but a few things I wanted were already sold out. It’s a bit annoying having to keep checking back. It’d be better if the stock was updated more often

"Box was a bit beat up"
The packaging wasn’t the best, the box showed up crushed, which had me worried at first. That said, the item itself was totally fine, so it ended up not being a big deal.

"Material feels cheap"
The material feels scratchy and thinner than I expected. I’m not looking for anything fancy, but for something I’m going to wear or use regularly, it should at least feel comfortable and hold up a bit better.

"Delivery was unreliable"
I think it was supposed to arrive around Tuesday or Wednesday, but it didn’t show up until later than expected. The tracking updates didn’t really help much either, half the time they were vague or didn’t seem to change. Overall, just a frustrating delivery experience.

"Just a warning for anyone thinking about..."
Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this, the craftsmanship on mine was disappointing. It looked like it had been rushed, with uneven areas and messy stitching that really stood out. The overall finish felt cheap, especially for what I paid. I expected much better.

"Pretty fair prices overall"
Umm, I’d say the prices on kellectivebynikki.com.au felt fair to me. Not the cheapest I’ve ever seen, but definitely not overpriced for what you’re getting. I liked that there was a good mix of items without feeling like everything had a huge markup. I’m giving 4 stars because shipping added a bit more than I expected at first, but overall I was still happy with it.

I ordered from kellectivebynikki.com.au the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. Maybe I should’ve checked the delivery info more carefully or maybe I was just being impatient, but it felt like I was waiting forever. I also didn’t really get many helpful updates, which made it more frustrating. The item itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the whole delivery experience kind of put me off ordering again...

"At first I thought the site seemed..."
At first I thought the site seemed nice, but after a bit it got frustrating. Some pages were taking a while to load on my end, and I kept having to click around more than I expected just to find what I needed. The filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I thought they would either, or maybe I just missed something. I almost stopped before checking out. It’d be a lot better if everything was a little more straightforward
